The Allegheny RiverStone Center for the Arts (ARCA) is a nonprofit arts organization based in Foxburg, Pennsylvania, dedicated to enriching the cultural life of the Allegheny Valley region. Founded in 2004, ARCA presents a diverse array of performances and exhibitions, including classical, jazz, bluegrass, Celtic, and R&B music, as well as visual arts, dance, and theater. Its primary venue, Lincoln Hall, features a historic 1909 setting with a restored McKissick Mighty Wurlitzer Theatre Organ and a Steinway grand piano. ARCA also operates the Red Brick Gallery and Gift Shop, showcasing works by local artists. Through its Educational ArtReach program, ARCA provides arts education to students in the Allegheny-Clarion Valley Schools, fostering creativity and community engagement.

McConnells Mill State Park, in Lawrence County, encompasses 2,546 acres of the spectacular Slippery Rock Creek Gorge. Created by the draining of glacial lakes thousands of years ago, the gorge has steeps sides and the valley floor is littered with huge boulders and is a national natural landmark. A gristmill built in the 1800s is open for tours. The park is open from sunrise to sunset, year-round.

This trail is great for hiking, running, and walking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are July through November.

Mineral Springs Park is a small park centered along Richey Run just outside of Emlenton, PA. The park has picnic areas, and fishing and trail access along the creek. Camping is also allowed at the park provided that you get permission ahead of time. You can inquire via The Borough Office at 724-867-8611.
