Welcome to your peaceful getaway on the Allegheny River—this brand-new, custom-built cabin (completed in 2025) blends A-frame charm with elevated modern comforts. Nestled right along the riverbank, it features rich cedar tongue-and-groove ceilings, dramatic Iron Ore-colored walls, and thoughtfully designed interiors that feel cozy, stylish, and serene.

The layout includes two king bedrooms: one in the open loft above (ladder access is a 250lb weight limit), and a private platform king bedroom on the main floor—perfect for couples, friends, or a small group looking to escape. The full bathroom feels like a spa, with beautiful tile work, a walk-in shower, radiant in-floor heating, and even a heater overhead—all with peaceful river views from the shower.

Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, then relax in the cozy living space that opens onto a balcony with sweeping views of the Allegheny River—ideal for morning coffee or golden hour.

Grille a juicy burger on the propane Weber grille then step down to the covered outdoor seating area with privacy fencing and a fire pit just a few feet away—your own little hideaway for evening chats, s’mores, or stargazing.

This property shares the driveway with 2 other cabins, one on either side of you. We've have taken extra precautions to keep your experience as private as possible - windows placed higher in the cabin than typical, privacy screens on outdoor spaces, permanent sides on the balcony. You will have direct access to the river where you can fish from the bank, go swimming, or launch your kayaks!

**Please be aware this is a new construction home that has been completed during spring in Pennsylvania - the ground is still pretty wet around the foundation and we are unable to complete some landscaping features until further into early summer. Everything we've shown in photos is accurate and anything we advertise is not affected by this. The goal is to have landscaping completed by late May, early June.**
